Which is the payment procedure ?
When you like to proceed to a reservation , there must be a down payment of 30% of the total amount in order to confirm your reservation and send you the confirmation mail . You can make the downpayment by bank transfer or by PayPal. You will pay the remaining amount by cash or card on the spot  when you meet our driver .
Which is the cancellation policy ?
Cancellations up to 7 days before transfer day are fully refundable .
Cancellations between 7 to 1 day before , downpayment is charged .
Last minute cancellations , 50 % of the total amount needs to be paid .
Is a tour-guide provided at your services ?
According to law , only licended tour guides can accompany you into the sightseeings . However , during your transfer , we will share our knowledge concerning what you are about to visit , with our pleasure .
Is there possibility to rent a vehicle along with a driver for long period ?
Yes , uppon availability , we are at your disposal to drive you wherever wheels roll .
Are transfers available only in mainland ?
No , we could transfer you allover Greece , including all islands .
Which are the payment methods ?
You can pay either by cash , card , PayPal or bank transfer . We accept all types of cards ( VISA / MASTERCARD / MAESTRO / AMERICAN EXPRESS / DINERS / UNION PAY )
Which is the most preferable time to transfer in Athens to avoid heavy traffic ?
We suggest you to start your transfer as follows : To port 2 hours earlier than your ferry departure time ,  to airport  3-4 hours earlier ( depends on where are you traveling to ) , about tours is better to start early the morning ( 07:30 - 08:00 ) in order to be at your destination as early as possible and avoid mass visitor groups .
 
 

 

 

Can the driver pick us up from anywhere ?
Yes , usually from your hotel , from the airport or port but since you like to pick you up from somewhere else , we can arrange it .
What is going to be my vehicle ?
All our transfers are serviced by Mercedes Vito-Luxury edition which are 9 seated mini vans ( up to 8 passenges ) .
Which are your working hours?
We can transfer you any date of the year , starting from 7:30 to 20:00 . After-hours trasportations , can be arranged uppon request with an extra cost . 
What if my flight is deleyed ?
We always track your flight details ,and we often give some extra time for  the next reservations , but in case your flight is very delayed and there is another reservation scheduled , the driver has to follow the schedule and he will return to transfer you as soon as possible .
Can i change my reservation ?
Yes , you can uppon availability .
Where do i meet the driver at the airport , port or hotel ?
At the Airport , you will meet our driver at yor arrival's gate holding a DeltaAthensTransfers sign with your name written on it .
At the port you will meet our driver at your ferry holding a DeltaAthensTransfers sign with your name written on it ..
At the hotel , our driver will be at the lobby at the arranged time .

Is there WIFI available on your vehicle ?
Yes, internet connection is provided to all our guests complimentary
Are baby seats or boosters available ?
Yes, uppon request with a small extra cost ( 5 euros per item )
What if i decide to add some sightseeings on our schedule ? Can i?
Yes , uppon request and availability with the appropriate additional fee .
Are there USB ports in the vehicles ?
Yes, there are .
Are there mineral waters in the vehicles ?
Yes, there are along with wet wipes complimentary.
